Meagan Good was born on 8 August 1981, in Panorama City in Los Angeles. She was raised by the parents Leondis Leon Good and Tyrawardlow-Doyle. Her acting career began at age four. She grew up in Canyon Country, California with three siblings. When she first began her acting career, she worked as an extra on programs on television like Doogie Howser Amen or M.D. At the age of 13 she appeared in her first film called Friday. Her first recognition came from her character as struggling teenager Cisely Batiste in the film Eve's Bayou in 1997 for which she was awarded two nominations including her first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award Nomination. Good began with small appearances on TV and film during a short period of time after which she moved on to adult roles in the early 2000s. The actress played Nina as Nina in Cousin Skeeter the Nickelodeon T.V. Her role was as Nina on Nickelodeon's T.V. show Cousin Skeeter from 1998 until 2001. The actress also had small roles in films House Party Down to the show from 1998 to 2001. Minute and 3 Strikes. She portrayed Vanessa Scott on the 2003 sitcom My Wife and Kids. In 2004, she appeared in D.E.B.S which was an action-comedy movie which resulted in her being nominated as Best Actress at the Black Movie Awards in 2005. In the following years, she starred in various films like You Got served The Cookout Venom one missed call the waist deep as well as The Love Guru. As of 2012, she was active on both T.V. and in films she played Mya in the film series with multiple stars Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Originally from Texas Killmer was in the class of Baylor University in Waco Texas from where she obtained a B.F.A. degree in performing arts in 2010. In 2010, she launched her screen career with the web-series If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer, who had performed in several local productions prior to her first appearance on the screen in 2010, made it in Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream. The series focused on an ensemble of artists who move into a house in Hollywood California.
