Meagan and Kara
Meagan Monique Good was born August 8 1981 in the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle. Her mother was her manager during her teens and her father Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. Her parents raised her with three siblings in Canyon Country in California and began her acting career at the age of four. At the beginning of her career she worked as an extra on television shows such as Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. When she was 13 in 1995, she got her first role in the first film Friday. It was her first time getting noticed for her role as the problematic teen Cisely Batiste in the movie Eve's Bayou in 1997 for which she earned two award nominations, including her first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nomination. Good was able to play small film as well as television roles throughout the next couple of years before transitioning to more serious roles in the mid 2000s. She played Nina In Cousin Skeeter which was a Nickelodeon T.V. In her role as Nina, she was seen on the Nickelodeon T.V. show, Cousin Skeeter from 1998 until 2001. Also, she landed minor parts in the films House Party: Down to the end of the night and 3 Strikes. She portrayed Vanessa Scott on the 2003 sitcom My Wife and Kids. The show featured her in D.E.B.S in 2004 an action-comedy film, which got her nominated in the category of Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards in 2005. After this she featured in numerous films including You're Being Served The Cookout The Venom: One Mistake Call, Waist Deep and The Love Guru. It was 2012 and she continued to be active as well on T.V. In movies, she played Mya on the show Think Like a Man with the help of many actors as well as Ms. Stevens as Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Born in Texas Killmer was in the class of Baylor University in Waco Texas and graduated with a B.F.A. degree in performance arts in 2010. The first time she appeared on screen was 2010 with the webseries"If You Can Dream. Kara Killmer began her career as a screen actress in 2010, after having appeared in various local shows. She appeared in Simon Fuller's Hulu Series If I Can Dream in its debut episode. The show revolved around one group that began their lives in Hollywood California.
