The song made it to the top 19 in both the Billboard Hot 100 in Canada and on the Canadian Hot 100. Even Rolling Stone ranked the track as one of the year's Best Songs. In the same year, she released the album she titled Know It All, the single Scars to Your Beautiful ranked in the Billboard Hot 100 as well as the Canadian Albums Chart Billboard 200. It was also among the first five songs. In her interview with Rap-Up fans discussed Cara's self-love journey and the doubts she faced. Cara is well-known for her ability to incorporate messages about mental health kindness and self-love into her music. She has been struggling with insomnia and anxiety, which affected her life. In an interview with Reuters she described her album as "half turbulent" and "half complete". She found growth through therapy and she encourages others to seek out help when needed. Alessia Cara, a Canadian musician, was born in Canada on 11 July 1996 of Italian parents of Italian descent. When she was just 10 years old, her parents bought her a guitar, which was the starting point of her love for music. In 2013, she performed the songs she loved for YouTube, a popular platform for media. It was done to show that she had both the talent and confidence to become an artist. In fact, one of the covers Sweater Weather ended up getting noticed by a label known as EP Entertainment which allowed her to compose and record her songs.
